HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER!!!...continuation...
Hello everyone, Its really been a long break. We are still on the characteristics of a good leader and so for today, the characteristic we will be looking at is: Keep your promises: You know how politicians are viewed as promise-breakers? Good. You also know how people hate politicians. Well, there you have it. Break your promises and you lose respect. Point blank. You can have all the charisma, and knowledge, but if you don't deliver on what you promised to deliver, the people will not take you serious. An integral part of keeping promises is knowing what's achievable and what's not so set goals that can be achieved and put in your maximum best to achieve them. Your followers will take you serious if this happens. Source: http://www.wikihow.com/Be-aLeader

HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER!!!...continuation...
The third characteristic we will be looking at is; Become an
expert:
Saying, "I don't know" as a leader is fine but saying, "I don't
know"
repeatedly to every question you're asked is not. When you don't
know something, find out the answer! Eventually, you'll have all the answers.
You may not need them all right now, but you'll need each one eventually.
Also,
having a certain level of knowledge will help you feel confident and more
leaderesque.

HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER!!!
Hello, I trust you are doing well this morning. The second characteristic of how to be a good leader, we will be looking at today is;
2.
Being firm,
but kind: Since you're leading, you're the
one that needs to set the rules and
boundaries. It's up to you to establish some system, rhyme
and reason to the situation. To do so, you must be firm in your convictions and
keep to your stance. However, being dictatorial will instigate a revolution. Be
logical and understanding when you assert your rule.

and reason to the situation. To do so, you must be firm in your convictions and
keep to your stance. However, being dictatorial will instigate a revolution. Be
logical and understanding when you assert your rule.
Here's an example of poor leadership: An airline's
forks kept disappearing and no one knew why. After an investigation, it
was discovered that the dishwashers were throwing them away because they
couldn't get them adequately cleaned and would be reprimanded by their boss so in order to avoid that, they kept throwing the forks away.If you're too dictatorial, your team
will throw away your forks ( valuable assets). So as a leader, be kind and your team will keep your entire cutlery. Source: http://www.wikihow.com/Be-a-Leader
