The business operations of a telecommunication company is to provide the best means of communication between two people at different places making them feel as though they were close to each and in a long run make life simple and easy. That is the simple purpose of a telecommunication company. This purpose drives their actions and in actions to get there. The purpose provides the map and destination. Without it, the company has no aim and vision.
Leaders and successful people first determine their purpose. That makes it easier for them to know what they want, why they want it, where they will get it and how to get it. The purpose defines their way of life and character which differentiates them from the rest. The purpose identifies the followers who need the benefits of acheiving the purpose and that motivates the leaders to achieve that purpose.
Though obstacles may come, the purpose makes it easier to over come them. The obstacles are seen as a stepping stone to the achievement of the purpose. This makes them succeed in all that is been done. After all “winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success” because there is no strong purpose.
