“If you would convince a man that he does wrong, do right. But do not care to convince him. Men will believe what they see. Let them see.” ― Henry David Thoreau.
It is said that actions speak louder than words. One of the art of leadership is the action to do what is right and not say what is right. Charismatic leaders act for their followers to copy such acts. Corporate leaders drive their corporate world by the things they do. People in general remember others for what they have done and continue to do. Mere talk does not drive people. What they see is louder than what they hear. True Leaders act than talk. Words without actions is like planting a seed without watering it to grow.
In summary “Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.”― Albert Schweitzer
CAN YOU SEE THE BEAUTY IN THEIR ACTIONS?
