Hi Mentors,

Hope you’re all well. This is to let you know that we’ll be having a Mid Year Review on the  4^th of May,2012.This will be a time to assess how far we have  progressed in our duties as junior and senior mentors. It will also  serve as a suitable platform for everyone to share their views, thoughts and suggestions on our programme so far. The venue will be the Ellen Johnson Sir leaf Boardroom at Databank and the meeting will last from 3:45-4:45pm.

 I’d also like to urge all  junior mentors to call their senior mentors and vice versa. You are all encouraged to check on your respective mentees on a regular basis.

Kindly be reminded to go over the Appraisal forms with your mentees.School is on break to resume first week in May.You are however encouraged to schedule meetings outside school with your respective mentees.This should help you complete the forms.Remember that the Appraisal Forms is one of the tools we use in measuring the progress  you are making in regards to your mentees.
